Third-party trademarks and games

All game titles, characters, trademarks, logos, screenshots, assets, and intellectual property referenced on mxpgaming.com remain the property of their respective owners. References are used for identification, compatibility, commentary, modding context, required ownership information, or profile-targeting description.

Third-party game names are used only to identify compatibility or the intended rendering target of an independently created MXPGAMING product. They are not used as MXPGAMING trademarks and do not imply official approval.

RAINX compatibility and paid profiles

RAINX is independent graphics enhancement software. RAINX profiles, plugins, presets, configuration packages, and compatibility packages are independently created MXPGAMING materials intended to help RAINX work with, target, or optimize specific games or rendering scenarios.

RAINX normally operates as a runtime graphics layer, wrapper, or graphics hook on the user's PC, including Direct3D-style rendering integration where applicable. It is intended to affect graphics output at runtime and generally does not modify, overwrite, redistribute, or replace original game installation files.

MXPGAMING sells independently created RAINX profiles or related technical packages where applicable. MXPGAMING does not sell the games those profiles support, and does not sell any game asset, game code, character, trademark, original game file, publisher-owned content, or official downloadable content.

A paid RAINX profile is not a sale of the supported game. It is not an official patch, official remaster, official DLC, publisher product, or publisher-authorized enhancement unless a written partnership is explicitly announced by the relevant rights holder.

Paid RAINX profiles are intended not to contain third-party game assets, publisher-owned resources, original game files, or file-replacement modifications. They are intended to provide independent compatibility, tuning, reconstruction, visual guidance, shader, wrapper, or configuration data for RAINX.

The RAINX FINAL FANTASY X HD Remastered Profile is a free, unofficial, fan-made compatibility and enhancement profile created as a 25th Anniversary Tribute for fans of FINAL FANTASY X. It is not sold, donation-gated, subscription-based, premium-access, or tied to paid support. Donations, if made, are voluntary and support MXPGAMING Projects and general RAINX development only; they do not purchase, unlock, prioritize, commission, or fund access to this profile, its files, updates, support, or related services.

This profile may include optional fan-made compatibility/restoration work intended for players who prefer a visual presentation closer to the original PS2 facial style, combined with modern runtime rendering enhancements. It does not include, copy, sell, redistribute, or provide original Square Enix game files, textures, models, music, executable files, or other copyrighted game assets. Users must own a legitimate PC copy of the game.

Some RAINX profiles may be released free of charge at MXPGAMING's discretion, including anniversary releases, community-favourite titles, promotional showcases, technical demonstrations, or titles selected to present RAINX's visual direction. This does not create an obligation to release other profiles for free.

AI and graphics results

AI-assisted or neural rendering guidance may produce different results depending on hardware, drivers, game version, settings, performance budget, and runtime conditions. MXPGAMING does not guarantee identical visual output on every device or configuration.

MIXFAST web content

MIXFAST may display or open third-party web content, feeds, links, and pages. MXPGAMING does not control third-party content and is not responsible for external sites, external privacy practices, or external business models.

Modding risk

Game modding can involve compatibility issues, crashes, save-game risks, anti-cheat restrictions, or conflicts with game/platform terms. Users are responsible for backups, lawful ownership, and compliance with applicable rules.

FORESTALE and MXPGAMING games

FORESTALE and future MXPGAMING games are original MXPGAMING MMORPG, online-RPG, or MMORPG-inspired projects. They are not affiliated with or derived from games referenced by RAINX, RAINX profiles, modding projects, compatibility pages, or third-party game commentary.

MXPGAMING games may include optional real-money purchases, in-game shops, supporter items, randomized item systems, or gacha-style mechanics if released in that form. Such systems are intended to comply with applicable platform rules and required probability disclosures. They are not intended to provide gambling, cash-out mechanics, financial investment value, or intentionally pay-to-win design.

Donations, supporters, and merchandise

Donations, supporter contributions, sponsorship-style support, badges, virtual gifts, and symbolic recognition are voluntary and separate from ownership, endorsement, voting power, gameplay dominance, or legal control. Users are not required or pressured to donate.

MXPGAMING merchandise, where offered, is MXPGAMING-branded merchandise only. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected with any third-party game, RAINX supported title, publisher, developer, platform, or modding rights holder unless explicitly stated in writing.
