These terms govern access to mxpgaming.com and MXPGAMING products, including RAINX, MIXFAST, FORESTALE, modding projects, software tools, supporter features, and related services.

Independent project

MXPGAMING is an independent creative and software project. Unless explicitly stated in writing, MXPGAMING is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or officially connected with third-party publishers, developers, platforms, trademark owners, or rights holders.

RAINX software and profiles

RAINX is independent MXPGAMING graphics enhancement software. RAINX normally operates as a runtime graphics layer, wrapper, or graphics hook on the user's PC, including Direct3D-style rendering integration where applicable. RAINX is intended to affect visual output at runtime and generally does not modify, overwrite, redistribute, or replace original game installation files.

MXPGAMING may sell independently created RAINX profiles, plugins, presets, configuration packages, compatibility packages, technical tuning packages, or support packages. MXPGAMING does not sell the games those profiles support.

A RAINX profile is a compatibility and tuning layer that helps RAINX work with, target, or optimize a specific game or rendering scenario. Third-party game names are used only to identify compatibility, required ownership, release context, supported rendering targets, or user-facing profile selection.

Paid RAINX profiles are intended to be technical compatibility/tuning packages only. Paid profiles are not intended to include third-party game assets, game-file replacements, publisher-owned resources, or modifications to the user's original game files unless a separate lawful authorization or distribution basis exists.

The RAINX FINAL FANTASY X HD Remastered Profile is a free, unofficial, fan-made compatibility and enhancement profile created as a 25th Anniversary Tribute for fans of FINAL FANTASY X. It is not sold, donation-gated, subscription-based, premium-access, or tied to paid support. Donations, if made, are voluntary and support MXPGAMING Projects and general RAINX development only; they do not purchase, unlock, prioritize, commission, or fund access to this profile, its files, updates, support, or related services.

This profile may include optional fan-made compatibility/restoration work intended for players who prefer a visual presentation closer to the original PS2 facial style, combined with modern runtime rendering enhancements. It does not include, copy, sell, redistribute, or provide original Square Enix game files, textures, models, music, executable files, or other copyrighted game assets. Users must own a legitimate PC copy of the game.

MIXFAST

MIXFAST is a privacy-first Android software project that provides a private feed/browser habitat. MIXFAST may offer free and premium modes. Premium access may unlock convenience, quality-of-life, or expanded product features without selling voting power or community favoritism.

FORESTALE and MXPGAMING games

FORESTALE and future MXPGAMING games are original MXPGAMING MMORPG, online-RPG, or MMORPG-inspired projects. They are not affiliated with or derived from games referenced by RAINX profiles, compatibility pages, modding projects, or MXPGAMING commentary.

MXPGAMING games may be free-to-play and may include optional real-money purchases, in-game shops, cosmetic items, convenience items, account services, expansions, subscriptions, supporter items, or randomized loot-box/gacha-style mechanics where permitted by law and platform policy. These systems are intended to generate revenue for development and operations while avoiding intentional pay-to-win design where reasonably possible.

Donations, supporters, and merchandise

MXPGAMING may accept voluntary donations, supporter contributions, sponsorship-style support, or other project-support payments. No user is required, pressured, or expected to donate or provide support.

Symbolic supporter recognition such as badges, titles, virtual gifts, cosmetic acknowledgements, or profile markers does not provide gameplay advantage, voting power, ownership rights, intellectual-property rights, endorsement rights, contractual control, or preferential treatment unless explicitly stated otherwise.

MXPGAMING may sell or distribute MXPGAMING-branded merchandise. Merchandise is separate from RAINX compatibility profiles, third-party games, modding projects, and supported titles. Merchandise does not imply affiliation with game publishers, developers, platforms, trademark owners, or rights holders.

Payments, refunds, and platforms

Paid products may be handled through third-party stores, storefronts, payment processors, or platform systems. Refunds, payment disputes, taxes, billing rules, and account terms may depend on the relevant store, platform, payment processor, and applicable law.

As-is availability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MXPGAMING software, games, mods, RAINX profiles, compatibility packages, visual profiles, tools, and experimental features are provided as-is and as-available. MXPGAMING does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, compatibility with every driver, compatibility with every operating system, compatibility with every game version, save-file safety, performance on every configuration, or freedom from bugs.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
