These terms govern access to mxpgaming.com and MXPGAMING products, including RAINX DEMO Early Access Prototype, future RAINX PRO releases, MIXFAST, original games, software tools, supporter features, and related services.

Independent project

MXPGAMING is an independent creative and software project. Unless explicitly stated in writing, MXPGAMING is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or officially connected with third-party publishers, developers, platforms, trademark owners, or rights holders.

RAINX DEMO Early Access Prototype

RAINX DEMO Early Access Prototype is standalone MXPGAMING software released free of charge at launch as an inauguration and anniversary-timed early access release. It is a demo and prototype product, not the final commercial edition.

The downloadable RAINX DEMO currently uses an innate default profile for FINAL FANTASY X HD Remastered. That default profile is fixed and not intended to be modified by the user. The demo may be used with that profiled title for the full supported game experience without an artificial RAINX time limit, but it does not provide, unlock, sell, or replace the underlying game. Users must own and install a legitimate copy of any supported title.

RAINX DEMO effects may be more contained than later RAINX PRO effects. MXPGAMING does not guarantee full functionality, identical behavior, performance, stability, or visual results on every device, driver, operating system, game version, or hardware configuration.

RAINX PRO

After official release, the product line may continue under the name RAINX PRO. RAINX PRO is intended as a commercial MXPGAMING product that lets users select supported titles from the launcher and start them with RAINX PRO graphics processing, visual effects, and AI-assisted enhancement behavior where supported.

RAINX PRO does not sell the supported games. It sells or licenses independently created MXPGAMING software, profiles, compatibility data, technical packages, visual-processing features, presets, support, or related functionality.

Hardware profiling and adaptive behavior

RAINX DEMO and RAINX PRO may profile the local machine from the launcher to understand raw hardware capability. This profiling is performed and consumed on localhost by default and is used to decide how many local AI child workers or models to spawn, whether to reduce work, whether to prefer CPU or GPU behavior, and how aggressively to process visuals without intentionally locking or overloading the user's computer.

Depending on CPU, GPU, memory, driver state, thermals, and system load, RAINX DEMO and RAINX PRO may behave differently on different computers. Lower-end rigs may receive reduced effects, fallback paths, lower processing density, or CPU-oriented behavior.

Advanced software assumption

RAINX DEMO and RAINX PRO are intended for users who have reasonable familiarity with advanced PC software, graphics settings, drivers, performance limits, and troubleshooting. Users are responsible for using appropriate settings for their own hardware.

MIXFAST

MIXFAST is a privacy-first Android software project that provides a private feed/browser habitat. MIXFAST may offer free and premium modes. Premium access may unlock convenience, quality-of-life, or expanded product features without selling voting power or community favoritism.

Games

MXPGAMING develops original games and game services, including online-RPG, MMORPG-inspired, and PvP-capable projects. These projects are independent MXPGAMING works and are not derived from third-party games referenced by RAINX profiles, compatibility pages, or MXPGAMING commentary.

MXPGAMING games may be free-to-play and may include optional purchases, cosmetics, convenience items, account services, expansions, subscriptions, supporter items, or randomized loot-box/gacha-style mechanics where permitted by law and platform policy. These systems are intended to fund development and operations while avoiding intentional pay-to-win design where reasonably possible.

Donations, supporters, and merchandise

MXPGAMING may accept voluntary donations, supporter contributions, sponsorship-style support, or other project-support payments. No user is required, pressured, or expected to donate or provide support.

Symbolic supporter recognition such as badges, titles, virtual gifts, cosmetic acknowledgements, or profile markers does not provide gameplay advantage, voting power, ownership rights, intellectual-property rights, endorsement rights, contractual control, or preferential treatment unless explicitly stated otherwise.

MXPGAMING may sell or distribute MXPGAMING-branded merchandise. Merchandise is separate from RAINX, third-party games, and supported titles. Merchandise does not imply affiliation with game publishers, developers, platforms, trademark owners, or rights holders.

Payments, refunds, and platforms

Paid products may be handled through third-party stores, storefronts, payment processors, or platform systems. Refunds, payment disputes, taxes, billing rules, and account terms may depend on the relevant store, platform, payment processor, and applicable law.

As-is availability and system risk

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MXPGAMING software, games, RAINX DEMO, RAINX PRO, compatibility packages, visual profiles, tools, and experimental features are provided as-is and as-available. MXPGAMING does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, compatibility with every driver, compatibility with every operating system, compatibility with every game version, save-file safety, performance on every configuration, or freedom from bugs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MXPGAMING is not responsible for damage, instability, overheating, abnormal load, FPS collapse, driver conflicts, NVIDIA driver issues, crashes, data loss, or other system problems caused by excessive use, unsuitable hardware, incorrect settings, unsupported configurations, third-party drivers, bugs, defects, or misuse of RAINX DEMO or RAINX PRO.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
