MXPGAMING is an independent project operated by Manuel Massimo Mazzei, also known online as Maximusplus. This policy explains how mxpgaming.com and related MXPGAMING products handle information.

Core principle

MXPGAMING is built around privacy, minimal collection, and user control. We do not sell user data, arrange user data sales, or build advertising profiles from our users.

Information we may process

We may process only information reasonably necessary to operate the site, software, accounts, support, security, purchases, moderation, abuse prevention, and legally required compliance. This may include technical logs, account identifiers, purchase records, support emails, and security-relevant events.

RAINX

RAINX is an independent MXPGAMING graphics enhancement software. MXPGAMING may distribute RAINX itself as a free or base software product and may separately distribute free or paid independently created RAINX profiles, plugins, presets, configuration packages, or compatibility packages.

In its ordinary design, including paid profiles, RAINX operates as a runtime graphics layer, wrapper, or graphics hook on the user's PC, including Direct3D-style rendering integration where applicable. RAINX generally does not modify, overwrite, redistribute, or replace original game installation files.

RAINX profiles are technical compatibility and tuning packages. They help RAINX work with, target, or optimize a specific game or rendering scenario. MXPGAMING does not sell the supported game, any game asset, any publisher code, any trademark, any character, or any publisher-owned content.

Third-party game names may be processed or displayed only to identify compatibility, required ownership, supported rendering targets, release context, or user-selected profiles.

MIXFAST

MIXFAST is designed as a privacy-first Android environment with a local/private feed experience. It may use a custom Android device fingerprint or similar technical identifier to prevent voting abuse and preserve the legitimacy of community voting. This identifier is not sold, is not used to sell favoritism, and is intended only to protect free community voting inside the MIXFAST habitat.

MIXFAST may clean or simplify web pages, block misleading or abusive intents, and reduce useless page clutter. MXPGAMING does not present this as an advertising-blocking business and does not intend to interfere with legitimate third-party revenue models.

MIXFAST supports access to Google services through WebView where technically possible, but it does not provide Google sign-in as a general third-party authentication layer. This design choice is privacy-driven and is also shaped by WebView platform constraints.

FORESTALE and game services

FORESTALE and future MXPGAMING games are original MXPGAMING MMORPG, online-RPG, or MMORPG-inspired projects. They do not derive their identity, setting, characters, lore, assets, or creation from games referenced in RAINX profiles, modding projects, or compatibility pages.

FORESTALE and future MXPGAMING games may process account, gameplay, purchase, anti-abuse, support, and security data strictly as needed to provide the service, protect fairness, comply with platform requirements, and support users.

Depending on release platform, additional platform, storefront, console, payment processor, or account-system terms may apply, including Google Play, Steam, console storefronts, or equivalent distribution environments.

Donations, supporters, and merchandise

MXPGAMING may accept voluntary donations, supporters, sponsorship-style support, or project contributions. No user is required, pressured, or expected to donate. Supporter badges, virtual gifts, cosmetic recognition, or similar acknowledgements may be offered as symbolic recognition only and do not buy voting power, gameplay advantage, legal rights, ownership, endorsement, or control over MXPGAMING projects.

MXPGAMING may offer MXPGAMING-branded merchandise. Merchandise is separate from third-party games, RAINX supported titles, and modding projects. Merchandise does not imply any affiliation with game publishers, developers, platforms, or rights holders.

Deletion requests

You may request deletion of personal data by contacting support@mxpgaming.com. Some information may need to be retained where legally required, where required for fraud prevention, payment disputes, security, or legitimate operational records.

Third-party services

Some products may link to third-party platforms such as Google Play, Nexus Mods, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics-free infrastructure services, or external websites. Those third parties are responsible for their own policies and systems.

Changes

This policy may be updated as MXPGAMING products evolve. Continued use after publication of updated terms means acceptance of the updated policy, unless applicable law requires a different notice method.
